Ingredients

- 1/2 cup grated Romano cheese.
- 1 beaten egg.
- 1 lb ground beef try not to go too lean.
- 7-9 cubanelle or Italian peppers.
- 3 tbsp olive oil.
- pepper as needed optional. salt is already in the cheese.
- 2 tbsp dried or fresh basil.
